Tokyo has started accepting online applications for notifications related to construction work subject to the Construction Recycling Law, which has been mandated for clients and self-performers since October 18, 2021. Applications can be made using the "Tokyo Joint Electronic Application and Notification Service," which is jointly operated by Tokyo and the municipalities within the city. You can select "Urban Development" and "Notifications Based on the Construction Recycling Law" from the application classification search screen.
